Production time

Maria Glezelli Jewellery is designed and handcrafted in our workshops in London and Florence by the designer herself. Most of our jewellery is made to order so you will need to allow approximately 2-4 weeks for your piece to be specifically made for you. We promise it will be worth the wait.

If you need something delivered by a certain date, please contact us at info@mariaglezelli.com and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.

When an item is in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, with the exception of bank holidays. Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an email confirming our production time.

NOTE: All of our jewellery is currently in stock and can be dispatched within 3-5 days. 

Shipping information

We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.

Covid-19 Update

Please be advised that couriers  are currently experiencing some service delays in certain areas. We are doing our very best to adhere to the delivery expectations however we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

Temporary changes for UK customers

All orders purchased from the UK will be subject to import duty. This fee is to be paid by the customer and is not covered by our complimentary delivery policy.

Please note that it is the duty of international buyers to be responsible for any and all custom fees, duties, VAT and local tax that is required by your country. Unfortunately we cannot offer guidance on what the domestic charge will be at this time, as it varies. A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed “abandoned” and will be returned to us. Incurred losses are non-refundable.

Please also note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance during the delivery process.
