Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your Maria Glezelli online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 7 days. Please contact us at email@example.com with details of your online return request. All returns must be accompanied by receipt and the return items must be unworn, undamaged and in a good condition. All shipping costs associated with returns are paid for by the customer.
You can return the item(s) to us via your preferred courier. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on special orders.
Update for UK Customers
Please note that you will have to complete a customs declaration before the order can be sent back to our workshop in Italy.
Items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that are defective or damaged, resulting from improper handling, lack of care, misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
We will pay the costs of return if:
(a) the Product(s) are faulty or misdescribed;
(b) you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the Product(s) or these terms, an error in pricing or description, or because you have the legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong;
In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return (if any).
