Returns
If you are unhappy with your Maria Glezelli online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 7 days. All returns must be accompanied by receipt and the return items must be unworn, undamaged and in a good condition. All shipping costs associated with returns are paid for by the customer.
You can return the item(s) to us via your preferred courier. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk.

Please note that you will have to complete a customs declaration before the order can be sent back to our workshop in Italy.
Faulty items
Items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.
